Exercising with others can boost both motivation and performance. Our small group classes are designed to help you achieve your goals with sessions designed to be appropriate for all participants. I have am exercise biased, pro-active and long-term approach to rehab; encompassing health, wellbeing, fitness and performance to support you in achieving your goals.

In the last 10 years, I have gained a range of complimentary qualifications, as well as 1:1 and group coaching/teaching experience, which gives me a unique ability to deliver highly individualised physiotherapy and rehabilitative care and performance coaching to support individuals to achieve their goals.
